近日，无套输出18岁学妹东院区康复医学科一天连收三面锦旗，开诊一个月以来，收到了数封表扬信。鲜红锦旗上的几行深情感激的话语，承载着一段段故事，凝聚着一份份真情，短短的两行字不仅是对我院康复医学科团队辛勤付出的认可，更是对医护用心服务的赞许。

锦旗背后的故事

患者张大爷，因6月前脑出血术后遗留右侧肢体活动不灵到我院进行康复治疗。刚转入康复医学科时，张大爷右上肢抬举困难、不能站立，伴口角流涎，言语欠流利清晰，并且尿失禁、便秘数年，日常生活完全依赖于家属的照顾。科室团队为他进行了全面细致地检查和病情评估，并由专业康复治疗师为张大爷制定个性化康复方案，对张大爷进行了偏瘫肢体训练、多关节主被动训练、运动疗法、情景互动功率车训练、机器人手训练、脑电仿生电刺激、电针等综合康复治疗。经过康复治疗师近一个月的精心治疗，张大爷可以在家属的搀扶下进行短时间站立，日常生活能力较前提高，生活质量得到明显改善。张大爷的家人十分感激康复医学科的医护人员，特地亲手写了一封感谢信并送来锦旗。

患者刘女士，入院时左侧肢体活动不利、言语障碍，诊断为脑出血后遗症。入院时左侧肢体肌力为1级，运用偏瘫康复治疗、手功能康复治疗、言语功能康复治疗、生物机电反馈、偏瘫针灸治疗及理疗等多种治疗方法，治疗三周后左上肢肌力3级，左下肢肌力2+级,左上肢可进行平移、抬高、抓握等动作。“感谢你们，我能恢复得这么好，全靠你们的康复技术和精心照护，这是我特意订的锦旗，感谢你们像家人一样关心和照顾我，让我感到很温暖，我一定告诉其他患者。”刘女士满脸笑容，紧紧握住裴主任的手。

患者77岁陈阿姨因左拇指外翻矫正术后入院。术后因有糖尿病史，伤口处久久不愈合，局部皮肤红肿了一个月，并且局部开始发黑坏死，穿不上鞋，无常行走，更无法像以前那样做饭洗衣，照顾老伴，陈阿姨很着急，曾在当地医院多处求诊，均未见明显效果。入院时陈阿姨左脚拇指术区针刺样疼痛，动辄疼痛难忍，因术后未使用拐杖，双腿用劲不均衡，又有腰椎病史，引起了腰部剧烈疼痛，一瘸一拐。入院后治疗团队给予超短波消炎消肿、磁疗、蜡疗、红外线治疗及腰椎病的系列治疗电针，经3次治疗后疼痛症状明显减轻，一星期后疼痛感基本消失，皮肤颜色恢复正常，脚也不肿痛了，穿上了鞋子，两周后行走自如，腰椎病也缓解了。今天要出院了，陈阿姨激动地说：“非常感谢裴主任团队，把我这顽疾治好了，我还以为脚保不住了，腰椎病也好了，我回家要给邻居亲戚们说，中心医院东院区太高大上，治疗太全面有效了！你们每天也真是很辛苦，真的非常感谢，我让孩子准备了锦旗……”

9月26日上午，东院区康复医学科门诊及病房正式投入使用，标志着我院康复医学科发展迈入一个全新阶段。国际领先、国内一流、功能齐全、设备先进、环境优美、技术全面的国际康复医学中心的启用，形成了山东省济南市康复医疗新格局，为我市康复患者带来新的福音。

东院区康复医学科位于济南市历城区经十路5106号（汉峪金谷东），一号楼四层，面积近6000平方米，门诊康复治疗区域4000平方米，病房编制康复床位100张，是目前省内乃至全国三甲医院里规模最大的康复医学科。
